Reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated 7 May 2024 regarding the annual general meeting of Siem Offshore Inc, including the election of new members of the board of directors of the company. Following the annual general meeting, the new board convened and elected Mr Christen Sveaas as chairman of the company.
