Background: Christen Sveaas is a Norwegian private investor. He has his Lic. Oec. HSG degree from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland.

He is the owner and Executive Chairman of Kistefos AS, Chairman of AS Kistefos Træsliberi, Vice Chairman of the board of The Kistefos Museum Foundation and Chairman of Anders Sveaas’ Almennyttige Fond, a Norwegian charitable foundation. He is along-standing member of Dean’s Council’s Executive Board, Harvard Kennedy School, Boston, USA. Mr. Sveaas is also a member of HSG Advisory Board at the University of St. Gallen.

Celina Midelfart is a Norwegian businesswoman and investor. She is the Executive Chairman and owner of the investment company Midelfart Capital AS. She is also a board member of Oslo International School, Pescara AS and Avida Finans AB.

She is educated at Stern School of Business and London School of Economics. Resides in Oslo.

Otto is an Investment Manager at Kistefos AS, where he has worked since 2022. He has broad experience within the financial sector, serving as an active owner representative and board member across various industries. Prior to joining Kistefos, Otto worked in the Investment Banking Division at Pareto Securities, focusing on M&A and ECM transactions.

Otto holds an MSc in Finance from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).

Rune Magnus is Chief Executive Officer at Arne Blystad AS, where he started in 2025. He has broad experience within the offshore and financial sector, serving as Chief Financial Officer of several listed companies and as Managing Director in DNB Markets, Investment Banking. He has also extensive experience from serving as Board Member in both listed and private companies in Norway and abroad.

Rune Magnus is educated at University of Newcastle (BA Hons), London School of Economics (MSc) and the Norwegian School of Economics (MSc). He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Norway.
