Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Siem Offshore Inc. (the "Company") on 26 May 2021 regarding the completion of the restructuring and the issue of 22,950,466,494 new shares in the Company. The new shares may be traded as of and from today with T+2 settlement, and the newshares will be delivered in VPS on 31 May 2021.
