Siem Sustainable Energy S.à r.l. (which intention is to be renamed Siem Offshore S.à r.l.) (“Siem”) has today concluded the acquisition of 9 Offshore Support Vessels from SEA1 Offshore Inc. (“SEA1”). As consideration for the acquisition of the vessels, Siem has delivered an aggregate of 85,307,737 Sea1 shares, corresponding to 35.7 per cent of the shares and voting rights to SEA1.Following completion of the Transaction on 5 July 2024, Siem no longer owns or otherwise control any shares or voting rights in SEA1.
