Siem Offhore Inc. has received a resignation letter from Director John Wallace who will resign from his position as a Director of Siem Offshore Inc with the effect at 29 October 2021. The Company expresses its sincere appreciation to Mr Wallace for his service and dedication to the Company as a Director for many years.
